Real-Time Truck Tire Profile

Direct Sensing Technology

BANF's iSensor System utilizes distance-adapted power technology to comprehensively monitor tire conditions while vehicles are in motion. This system provides real-time tire sensing and analysis, enabling fleet operators to optimize tire performance and detect defects early on.

Who We Are

WE ARE NOT JUST ANOTHER PRODUCTIVITY STARTUP,

WE'RE A STARTUP SAVING PEOPLE'S LIVES BUT ALSO IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY.

Our intelligent tire sensor system, known as the iSensor System, utilizes distance-adapted power technology to comprehensively monitor tire conditions(tire wear, wheel alignment, loosen nut/lug) and road surface(asphalt heating, slippery roads like black ice) while vehicles are in motion.

This innovative system provides real-time tire analysis, enabling fleet operators to optimize tire performance and proactively detect defects. The primary objectives of this cutting-edge technology are to enhance fuel efficiency, mitigate accidents associated with tire issues, and contribute to the efficient operation of autonomous trucks and fleets.

What Do We Provide

Today, one of the leading causes of accidents in the logistics industry pertains to tire-related incidents, accounting for approximately 30% of all accidents. In the United States alone, there were over 388,000 truck accidents reported in 2022.

However, there has been a notable absence of a "direct sensing" solution to effectively address this issue, emphasizing the need for a new approach.

BANF's iSensor enables real-time detection of tire abnormalities and facilitates proactive measures to prevent accidents. It incorporates advanced technology that identifies potential hazards during driving and prompts immediate action to mitigate risks.

Additionally, the system enhances fuel efficiency by effectively assessing wheel alignment and provides accurate predictions of fuel economy and tire lifespan based on cargo and logistics loads. Given that tires are the sole point of contact with the road surface, they serve as a vital tool in detecting road abnormalities. Consequently, this technology finds applications in smart cities, innovative road management, and traffic forecasting, contributing to overall road safety and efficiency.
